Thanks for sharing your photos! Here are a few photos…more to come when the professional photos have been edited and returned to me.

The BIG day!

Getting the car pretty! Have enjoyed DIY-ing this car wreath!

Getting Ready

Three days of fun-filled DIY crafting for the wedding! Many fans and candy boxes to tie up…Visiting the Lindt shop was quite the experience…so many flavours to choose from! We looked everywhere for a traditional red silk signing cloth in Hong Kong but was unsuccessful; we got lucky when found it at the neighbourhood mall. Loving the teapots we found in Chinatown! Hope our guests will too!

Toronto Wedding Countdown

Banquet venue finalised!

With most family and friends living uptown; have decided to be nice and not make people track downtown :p Casa Imperial is a nice compromise between a traditional Chinese banquet and a western one. I’m told it used to be a western fine dining restaurant which has been converted in a Chinese one. The menu looks scrumptious, we hope you will enjoy it!

Happy news!

With hotel quarantines being reduced from 21 days to 7 days…it was a sure sign to go ahead and book a summer wedding to celebrate with our Toronto family and friends. It’s taken three bookings due to flight time and/or rule changes. Thinking back to our Hong Kong wedding in late November, how lucky we were! It wasn’t long afterwards that dining and social restrictions were put in place allowing only two persons per table and only before 6:00pm.

It’s been about two years since my last visit; and a first for Richard. Looking forward to showing the fine sights of Toronto! Fingers crossed for a smooth onward journey!
